The Millstone Twp Fire Department and Millstone Twp First Aid Squad were dispatched to Woodville Rd in the area of the Charleston Spring Golf Course for a Motor Vehicle Accident.  Engine 3275 (Maloney) arrived shortly after dispatch to find a single vehicle off the roadway with one occupant with head and facial injuries.  The Engine crew stabilized the vehicle and began treating the driver.  The crew removed the patient and turned her over to ALS for transport to Jersey Shore Medical Center.
