On Saturday June 19th the Millstone Twp Fire Department and the Millstone Twp First Aid Squad were dispatched to 6 Pittenger Court for a vehicle fire. Chief Carbin (3266) arrived to find a pick-up truck well involved with extension to a fire wood pile. Engine 3275 (R.Gesualdo) arrived and the crew stretched a 250 ft 1.75” hand line and began to extinguish the fire. Engine 3274 and Rescue 3285 arrived and provided manpower while Tanker 3295 arrived and supplied 3275. After the bulk of the fire was extinguished crews worked to overhaul the area. The New Jersey State Police were also on scene.
